FROM DESIGN TO PRODUCTION: MODELS, PROTOTYPES, MATERIALS RESEARCH, PRODUCTION, LOGISTIC.

Our company was founded in 1994 with the idea of giving a different service to the growing demand for sports technical products. The activity begins with its brands in the cycling industry and leisure, following enlargement of the production structure has been directed to contract manufacturing of technical products in specific areas such as cycling, running, outdoor, ski and climbing and swimming.

We design products because the passion for what we do joins the expertise of our team and is supported by constant investments in new technologies. We develop products with the latest laser cut and modern machines. We have a patented hinge system called application B.I.Z. technology (bonded invisible zip) that allows to apply the hinge without preventively cut the piece in question to obtain a perfect disappearance of the hinge inside the fabric.

WE “DESIGN” TECHNOLOGY

We have three locations for design and production. The Italian factory performs the main customer support activities and product development that passes from the first analysis of the drawings, analysis of the materials and realization of the prototype. Once you get to the final prototype approved by the customer we proceed to send all the necessary information at our production sites:

An efficient logistics and shipment service is responsible for the goods delivery. We have a high quality control inspection process. We produce various types of products as follows:

Administrative Office, purchase department, sales department, prototyping and logistics company with 15 employees.

ALBANIA : DBS GROUP SH.P.K.– TIRANA

Two production units of 7500 productive sqm, 600 employees, specialized in the production of stretch fabric and sport clothing.

MOLDOVA : ICS TEXTRE SRL – GLINJENI

Production unit with 135 employees and a satellite unit, specialized in the production of garments with knitted fabrics, stretch and canvas fabrics with application of thermoplastic transfers.
